The convex lens is used in camera for focusing tje image and also for magnifying it. The magnification of the image in camera is done by adding multiple lens one after another like a convex lens followed by a concave lens and again followed by a convex lens. The magnification ofthe image in the camera is controlled by moving the front convex lens.

Generally, a convex lens forms a real and inverted image.
