Theoretically, each cell might express only a few of the ... enzymes ( PDEs), some of which degrade cAMP to AMP.

Answer:

cAMP which is called Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate, helps in signal transduction. It acts as a second messenger system and the enzyme which activates cAMP is adenylyl cyclase can be isolated from plasma membrane of a cell.

Mainly, cAMP activity is found in peripheral blood cells, bone marrow.

Peripheral blood cell contains RBC, WBC and platelets thus known as the cellular part of the blood.

Bone marrow is the hub of blood cell production, found in the ribs, sternum. It produces the precursor of blood cells like Thrombocytes, Erythrocytes etc.
