Camphor produces black smoke but then also it is called saturated and has complete combustion.why???

Your observation is not true in general. The flame character depends a lot of how the hydrocarbon is burned. If the amount of air or oxygen is right, all hydrocarbons will burn cleanly. Eg Acetylene (or ethyne or C2H2) will burn cleanly with one of the hottest flames known if the gas/oxygen mixture is well controlled as it is in oxygen-acetylene welding torches.
