Can 2F in spherical lens be assumed as Centre of curvature? Or 2F resembles C? Why cant 2F be denoted as C?

yes the centre of curvature c and 2f are the same. the center of curvature of the spherical lens is at double of the focal length from the pole of the mirror

The 2F point is called the centre of curvature .
If we take the whole lens radius and draw a circle then the centre of the circle will be at point 2F from the pole of the lens , thus the 2F point is called the centre of curvature of the lens .
