If you have read correctly what I wrote, you can deduce that 7/5 can't be the probability of any event because 7/5 “doesn't fit” the 0–1 rule, just 'cause it is equal to 1.4. usually given as some fractional part of 1 and expressed as a Proper Fraction. 100% a value greater than that is meaningless.

No, 8/5  can't be the probability of an event as there cannot be 8 possibilities  in 5 observations. You can see for yourself that this would logically be impossible.
