An 8 year child can't drive a bike because our Govt. has set some rules and regulations for the safety of citizens. Whether a child is tall or not, or he is strong or not, there is big NO for children below 18 yrs. of age to ride vehicles. They can only ride bicycles.

delisha: We know very well that today's child is fully careless. They don't care of any rules and government because their parents also set aside of children. I want to give an big example... If u r a boy below 18 years of age I'm fully sure that you drive car or bike and if u not, then may be your friend absolutely drive bike whereas the rule of govt. is there then how he can drive bike where the rules of govt. is gone.So how can u say that 8 years old boy can't drive bike
delisha: what happen....now rply me how I'm wrong in my answer
dikshaverma4you: This is the only problem with the mentality of children, and parents are also faulty here if they r providing their children with vehicles which need licenses if they r below 18. Rules are rules and they r to be followed by everyone.
dikshaverma4you: I agree that many minors drive cars and bikes , we can just aware them but the user who posted ques. here should be answered correctly as per the rules, maybe this advice appears helpful for him. We can just aware those who want to be..... so in an answer, mentioning wrong points or giving wring advices is not at all apt. ..... i m also below 18 n i drive none of the vehicles.
