I don't think so........

Fairness of europeans is decided by their genes

and genes will not change when you shift the country where you live

if you like then mark as Brainliest

Alot depend on climate which during the time of course does affect the genes of people.

Climate and melanin has great relation. Melanin which resides in outer layer of skin is more in hot and humid condition and hence Africa and Asian countries with heavy rainfall or coastal condition under hot weather has more darker skin.

Whereas western European and North American cities has cool weather, at times temperature goes below zero.

In Japan, northern china, mangolean climate, temperature is often less and humidity is low and hence people are fair.

Middle East, some part of Pakistan and india, temperature is high most of time but humidity is low. Hence they have slightly less darker skin color.

Biggest reason why different parts has different skin color also signify which part of world people visited that area.

IndIa and pakistan probably has central Asian people invasion.

Australia, south Africa, USA , new Zealand and Canada are not just cold places but western Europe people reached there and their citizens are descendants of western European people.

Mangolean people reached nepal, china and Korea and they look same.

Hence genes and climate does matter.

When relatively fairer Indian live in europe or America, less exposure to UV rays, cold and less polluted whether, does change its complexion to fairer side.

When a European lives in hot humid climate, it's complexion become red

So yes the complexion will be affected to a certain extent...
