Yup in case of circular motion this happens.

akash29287: please explain
BrainlyGod: beacuse acc. is change in velocity whether its in direction or magnitude
akash29287: please give brief description plz plz
BrainlyGod: in circular motion magnitude of velocity dont change only direction is being changed so we can say there is acc
akash29287: thankyou

Yes, a body moving with constant velocity accelerates. In uniform circular motion magnitude of velocity is constant but direction changes from instant to instant. So it has acceleration.
