an object at rest can also be in motion and vice versa such that all objects obln earth are said to be at rest with respect to each other but respect to sun they are making revolution.

Yes, suppose a peson is in a moving Train so he is at rest for him or the passangers in the Train but if a person watching the train moving then the person inside the Train is in motion for the person watching him from outside.
