Bus is moving but when see according to us passenger are at rest but according to passenger they are in motion......

A body be addressed as well as in motion at the same time because they are relative.
Its example is very easy we when standing (at rest) but actually Earth is rotating on its axis so we are also revolving around Earth's centre(at motion).
