no any body cannot be at the position of rest when it is moving because a body said to be only rest when its velocity is zero and does not change its position with respect to time but this statement is true or wrong when a man is just sitting because he is sitting on the earth or a planet and we know that a planet rotates on its axis hence the body kept it is also moving.
