can a body have a charge of 0.8*10-19 c? justify your answer?

In my view this is not possible because recharge of a single electron is equal to 1. 6 into 10 to power minus 19 coulomb... and we also know that electron are the smallest particles as they have very very very less mass
so we can say that charge less than that of electron is not possible as everything in this planet consist of fundamental particles or atoms an atom consists proton neutron and electron so none of the substance have a charge less than that of an electron.
