The speed is a scaler term so it is not affected by direction. But acceleration is rate of change of velocity with time. As velocity is a vector quantiti so by changing direction the acceleration can be change(without changing speed).
as example,
for circular motion of a body if the speed is remain constant, the velocity is not constant as it always change it's direction.
So, there is present acceleration acting towards the center which provided by centripetal force.

Answer:
Yes, a body can have a constant speed and still be accelerating. For example you revolve a stone connected by a string in a circular motion. You will notice the stone rotates with a constant speed and yet have a centripetal acceleration which is directed towards the centre of the circle.
