Can a body have constant speed still varying velocity?

ya as we know that the velocity=speed +direction . hence at same speed it has different -different direction . ex in the CIRCULAR motion speed is same but direction is diffraction at each instant

A body moving with uniform SPEED has always variable Velocity because its direction changes continuously. 
 See the arrows show its direction after some time intervals:



Actually, Velocity is a Vector quantity
and a vector quantity is described in terms of 

Magnitude

Direction

If the body is moving (suppose 5 km per h on a circular track)  then it means that it has a SPEED OF 5KM PER HOUR. We see that its speed is uniform but its velocity is variable because it constantly changes its direction and is always perpendicular to centripetal force.
