When momentum will be zero then its kinetic energy would be zero

We know that ,

kinetic energy + Potential energy = Total energy in a system

→0 + Potential energy =Total energy in a system

→Potential energy = Total energy in a system .

Hence , if the body will have momentum zero then its energy will be stored in the form of potential energy .
