No , a body which is moving at a constant speed can't posses acceleration.

because,

According to acceleration definition it states that

Acceleration of an body is ratio of chance in velocity by change in time.

simply we can say acceleration as changes in velocity divided by time.

so i the definition itself it is stated that acceleration will occur due to the change in the velocity.

but velocity and speed are similar.

According to question the body possess constant speed so there is no changes in the speed . so that is why the body will not possess acceleration.

remember:

Changes in speed or velocity causes acceleration. But if a body has constant speed then the body will not possess acceleration.

Here the word 'constant' means "unchanged"
