Can a bucket of water whirled in a vertical plane be called freely falling ? If yes , does it posses weightlessness ? Explain ur answer .

Heya....!!!
The answer is no ,,, It cannot be called Freely falling ,, because Here acceleration is not equal to Acceleration due to gravity .
BUT
if V = √Rg , at the highest point , where R = radius of circular path , then a = g .. So water falls freely experiencing Weightlessness .
