Can a cell generate the potential difference across its terminals, even when no current is drawn from it? Give reason. In putting ohms law(v=ir) in this, we get v as 0 but thats not the case.
Explain pls tell the answer. i will mark u brainliest.

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

In case of EMF (Electromotive force), EMF is the POTENTIAL DIFERENCE generated when no current if drawn. V=EMF-r

Since there is no current flowing and v is 0, EMF is being applied.
