It all depends on which organelle you remove. For example, if you remove the Golgi body, the cell will no longer be able to excrete proteins or other molecules. If the mitochondria is removed, the cell would no longer produced ATP.

if you remove any organelle, it could prove to be disastrous to the cell and eventually to the organism as a whole.
