Circles, and Squares are always Similar.

Ratio of corresponding sides is equal. One of the object should be formed when the other is diminished or enlarged. Corresponding Internal angles must be equal.

A square has four sides and four vertices, a circle has either no sides and no vertices or an infinite number of both depending on your point of view. A circle is a constant distance from a central point, the distance from its central point to a square varies.
