Can a circular motion be uniform motion?

Uniform circular motion is accelerated because the velocity changes due to continuous change in the direction of motion. So, even when the body moves ta a constant speed, its velocity is not constant. ... Therefore circular motion is an acceleration motion even when the speed remains constant.

No a circular motion can never be uniform motion... Since at every point of the circular path the velocity changes due to change in direction... Thus resulting in non uniform motion.
Look at the diagram... The direction changes at every point so thus velocity and motion...
