Can a computer make decisions on its own when no instructions are given to it why

A computer can only make a decision if it has been instructed to do so. In some advanced computer systems, there are computers that have written the instructions themselves, based on other instructions, but unless there is a “decision point”, the computer will not act on its own volition.

no it is impossible

some action happen without instructions are:-

computer can give notification or open any tab or shutdown when power is download or don respond to any connection.


if ur pc is hacked
the hackers have full control on ur pc
