Yes... But it depends upon the type of organs that need to donated. If drinking is going to be affecting the parts that need to be donated, it is not advised. But if it's any other part like eyes or which is not affected it can be done. Blood shouldn't be donated for 24 hrs if he/she has drunk alcohol or taken drugs.

HOWEVER, THE DONATION OF ORGANS FROM A PERSON WHO DRINKS ISNT ADVISABLE OR ENCOURAGED.
