Yes,a frog can jump under water.They can simply absorb the little bit of oxygen they need directly from the water through their permeable skins.

yes, a frog can jump underwater ..
their strong back legs are good for swimming and for jumping ...
but they have to come to the surface to breathe otherwise they drown ....
like fishes tadpoles have gills ok they can breathe underwater ....
