Can a hydrogen bomb get explode in vaccume? If yes than what will happen and if no then why?

Yes of course it will. It doesn't rely on oxygen to ignite the primer (high yield plastic explosives) and of course the nuclear reaction itself doesn't require an oxidiser since it's not chemical.
If in the void of space though, it will not cause a shockwave, only an expanding cloud of plasma made of the materials of the bomb and the target. So its primary destructive force will be intense heat and radiation.
