SOLUTION :
In my opinion, a large sized organisation can never be be totally centralised or decentralised. These Organisations need a balance between centralisation and decentralisation.
Centralisation and decentralisation are relative terms. Decentralisation helps in development managerial talent , growth and better control while in priority decisions need to be centralised for the growth of an organisation.
