No a moderator also cannot block another moderator.

Moderators can block users not having the Moderator rank. But those users can't block the moderators.

I guess moderators cannot block an another moderator.. But moderators can block the regular users.. but only with a suitable reason.. They cant block the users as they wish.. but another one is a regular users of brainly can't block mods or anyone
