An isolated system is that system in which no external force act on the body. Truly isolated system is not possible in the real world but you can consider a mixture of gases enclosed in a cylinder to be isolated because the molecules can exert forces on each other but there is no external force on them.
When a body is moving with uniform motion and no external force is exerted upon it then you can consider it as an isolated system.
