Can a pawn jump over another piece?

In chess

it's not at all possible to do so .But horse is a special one ,so it's got the ability to move in L pattern, U can certainly call it a 'Jump over the other'.

According to rule pawn can't move backward. A pawn moves by going a single square up,but the first time each pawn move from its starting point.It may not use 2 pawn to jump over a square with another piece on it or to capture
