Can a pendulum vibrate in an artificial satellite ?

a pendulum will not function in outer space cos without any gravitational force, it cant swing back and forth. the heavy end of the pendulum will just stay where u put it. it cant fall or swing. so it wont vibrate in an artificial satellite

A pendulum will not function in outer space because a gravitational force it will not swing back and forth the heavy end of the pendulum will just stay where you put it . It cannot "fall" or swing
