can a person be successful without doing hard work. give reason

If any person wants to successful then it will also doing work . but not successful from doing hard work if success are come on doing hard work.So tell me A rickshaw driver works very hard but it not become a successfull person.
if u want to become a successful then u will do smart work not hard work with on right direction. ..
like Mukesh Ambani, tata Birla, and many mores, can he do hard work no no its a smart work on right direction. ..
it's enough otherwise it will be very long....
