No, a person of positive blood group can't give his/her blood to a person whose blood group is negative........... Not only this , a person of a blood group can give blood to a person of same blood group...... For eg...----> A person having A+ve blood group can give blood to the person whose blood group is also A+ve... And same is for other blood groups and the person having blood group O+ve can give blood to anyone....
