Can a quadrilateral ABCD be a parallelogram if
(i) angle A + angle C = 180°
(ii) angle A + angle B = 80°
(iii) angle B = angle D =100°
(iv) AB=BC
(v) AC=1/2 BD
(vi) angle = 70°and angle C = 65°

1. ∠A and ∠C = 180° ( supplementary angle )

But opposite ∠ of parallelogram are not supplementary .

this first reason .

2. ∠A and ∠B are adjacent pair of angle and measure is 180°

but here ∠A + ∠B = 80° which is not equal to 180° . this second reason

3. as Side AB and BC are adjacent pair .

ans it is said that AB = BC

adjacent side of parallelogram are not congruent ( equal ) instead of that opposite sides are congruent .

this is third reason

Step-by-step explanation:

Can a quadrilateral ABCD be a parallelogram if

(i) angle A + angle C = 180°

(ii) angle A + angle B = 80°

(iii) angle B = angle D =100°

(iv) AB=BC

(v) AC=1/2 BD

(vi) angle = 70°and angle C = 65°
