angle B + angle D = 180 it's a not normal parallelogram. Normal parallelogram have equal opposite angles.

It's will be happen when the parallelogram is cyclic parallelogram. Parallelogram is one type of quadrilateral. A cyclic quadrilateral have sum of 180 degree of opposite angles.
