Nope. There's always a mixture of minor mineral in the main mineral.This is due to the outer environment of the rock ,which is surrounded by several minerals. The amount of main mineral decides the purity of that rock.

For example, limestone is a sedimentary rock composed almost entirely of the mineral calcite.Most rocks are composed of multi kinds of minerals, take granite for example, it is composed of quartz, feldspar and mica, however, there are also rocks composed of a single mineral, for example, calcite (CaCO3),pyroxenite, quartzite, dunite (over 90% olivine), anorthosite (over 90% plagioclase feldspar), marble, chalk, gypsum.
