yes...I can stuck on rough surfaces...
Reason - 1) rubber stucker can be stuck on any surface because when we press the stucker on any surface the air in the stucker is released out
2) due to this the area inside the stucker becomes a vacuum
3) so due to no air inside the stucker it gets stuck on any surface (no matter if it's rough surface )
