no , a sheet of paper cannot decide the talent of a student because the whole life is not depend upon only the paper but on the talent of a person .
we can take the example of Ancient people they were not studied but also they gained the name just because of their talent .
even I am also too talented in every field except in study but it doesn't matter that I will not be name and fame just because of my weakness in the study .

no a sheet of paper can't decide ones future as mark can't make our future......
ones caliber may not be decided by exams.....
so never an exam can decide ones talent....
one may not have talent in studies but may be talented in other fields
so exam can't make a accurate estimate on a student
