Can a triangle have sides with lengths 6 cm,9cm and 4 cm.

Answer:

The sum of any 2 sides of a triangle must not exceed the 3rd side.... this is the basic condition to be fulfilled to be a triangle....

here in the qs if we add the two smallest sides that is 4 and 6 we get 10 that is greater than 9(the 3rd side) So we can tell that triangles with the following sides are not possible.
