To have a triangle, the sum of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the third side..

1. 4.5 cm, 3.8 cm, 7.2 cm

4.5 cm + 3.8 cm = 8.3 cm  ( 8.3 > 7.2 ) and

3.8 cm + 7.2 cm = 11 cm ( 11 > 4.5 ) 

So, its possible to have a triangle...

2. 3.2 cm,5.3 cm, 9.4 cm

3.2 cm + 5.3 cm = 8.5 cm ( 8.5 < 9.4 )

So, its not possible to have a triangle..
