If the van der Waals constant (a) = 0 for a gas, then it behaves ideally i.e there are no intermolecular forces of attraction. So, it cannot beliquified.

Answer:

Explanation:

1 : a=0 for van der waals gas i.e for real gas.vander waals constant a=0 . It cannot be liquified.

2 : If a=0there is a very less interaction between the molecule of the gas

3 : if a is equal to zero van der waals force of attraction is very less and the gas cannot be liquified.
