Yes, why not? Jealous people can get sucess.
In this case, two situations can be possible :-

one, if people who get jealous, think about letting him down and dont work hard and always thinks about how to make the other person lose by cheating.Then he will never be sucessful.
He might get sucess in making other lose but he will never win.

Other, if one get jealous and get determined to do better, then he will definitely do better.He will try to do better than other one and always try to beat other by his hardwork not by cheating and letting him down.
These can be two possible mindset people can follow and yes, jealous people can also be suceeded.

Good question, can a person who's jealous of the other can succeed in his life?

First I'd give the example of celebrities, when a person does hard work and exhales in his field, his haters increase. But still, even after getting bullied they never give up.

They make out the most possible positive point from it and apply it in them which makes it a strength.

So, in every field of our life we'll get haters who will be jealous of us may be cause we do hard work and succeed. But this jealousy of our success changes their mindset to compete us oneday. If they try to reach their goal rather than trying to push us back everytime, they'll surely succeed in their life.

And if they succeed in their life, they won't be jealous anymore. A will, determination and hard work can make anyone reach skies.
