can aids be transmitted to an infant through mother's milk

Yes AIDS can be transmitted to an infant from mother's milk because if the mother has the HIV/AIDS virus they the baby born from the womb of the mother is bound to receive the virus and same through the mother's milk.

Yes AIDS can be transmitted to an infant through mother's milk. As long as a child is in the mother's womb it stays protected but once the baby has been delivered, it becomes prone to AIDS from an infected mother due to breast-feeding.
