Can Albino Clawed Frog and Albino Oscar live together?

The clawed frogs will grow to the size of a dinner plate and will eat anything they can get in their mouths.

If they are small, the oscars and terror will probably go after them and tear them up. Frogs are soft and easily damaged. In my opinion, it would be a waste of money buying the frogs. A separate tank would be the way to go if you like the frogs a lot.

Even young oscars are territorial and the terror may end up bullying the oscars in the end. Although the tank is big enough that they may be able to share it without too much interaction.
