Any changing magnetic field generates a
changing electric field and that produces an
electromagnetic wave. Electromagnetic (EM)
waves cannot interact directly with light
photons since photons have no charge. EM
waves do not bend light , at least enough that
we can measure.

Furthermore, it is not possible to redirect an electromagnetic wave from an electric field or a magnetic field.

Explanation:

No it is not possible.

  • That's because an electromagnetic wave does not interfere with the static electric field and magnetic field according to Maxwell's theory.
  • Also if we consider the wave's particle character the photon is oppositely charged.
  • Therefore, the static magnetic and electrical fields don't affect it.

From that we can conclude that it is not yet possible for an electromagnetic wave be deflected by an electric or magnetic field
