Can an object be acceleration if it is moving with constant speed?If yes,explain giving examples

Yes, possible.

E.g. Object rotating along circular path. During this speed is constant but velocity changes. At each point of its motion the direction of velocity changes. Due to change in direction of velocity it has acceleration.

Remember: A change in magnitude of velocity or direction of velocity or both causes object to accelerate.
