a body can have a constant speed but a changing velocity because,,as u know speed is a scalar quantity and velocity is a vector quantity,,so we can say that. however, a body can't can't have a constant velocity with a changing speed, i.e. speed depends on magnitude only but velocity depends both directions and magnitude.
