Can an object have constant speed and variable velocity. Is the converse possible. Justify ( Please answer fast have exam in two days)

In a uniform circular motion, the body have uniform speed but variable velocity.As velocity is a vector quantity and the circular motion, the direction of velocity is different in different points

Yes, it converse is not possible, as body can have uniform velocity only when it has uniform speed moving in the same direction. It cant be uniform velocity with variable speed, as changing the speed, the magnitude of velocity also changes

Yes,Velocity is proportional to speed and direction,If we are going with same speed and then we change direction then there will also a affect on velocity
