Yes, an object at a time can have "more than one type of motion

For example, when a ball thrown upwards, comes down, it has two types of motion, Translatory motion and uniform motion.The translatory motion is highlighted when it is observed that the ball travels in the a particularly same direction with the same time, while periodic motion is highlighted when the ball is seen to cover equal distances in equal time intervals, which in this case is under the influence of "gravity" which pulls the ball downwards.
