An open letter that is written by a senior of a high school can or cannot change the school.
If the school authorities are welcome to new changes then yes they will accept the changes that the youth presents to them.
This will help change their perspective of many things all together. But then again bringing about a change is a very radical thing to do.
Many of the people might not be open to such a mindset and would not want to budge from their traditional perspective of certain things.
