Ues organisms can produce offspring without the formation of zygote. Take example of organisms which produce asexually.
For ameoba, it divides through the process of binary fission which down not involve the formation of zygote at all.

yeah ofcourse .
in case of hydra ...yah it unicellular but...it also an organism..nd it reproduce by the process of budding...so there is no any formation of zygote in it...
similarly with the case of ^^Egg cell...its develops to form new..organism..or into offspring...with out fertilisation..
